The only player to not participate at all in Thursday’s practice was J.J. Arrington who is nursing an injured knee. Three other players, including Travis LaBoy, were limited.
Coach Whisenhunt indicated the other day that he hoped to have J.J. ready to give it a go come Super Bowl Sunday. We’ll wait and see on that. As for other injuries, Anquan Boldin did fully participate in practice on Thursday.
I used to hate the extra week in between the conference championships and the Super Bowl. Now, looking at it closer, I am very glad from a team perspective that they get the extra week. From a fan perspective, I wish the game was this Sunday. Hey, we can’t have it all right?
Go Cards!

May this email please be passed on to the coach and team:
I have watched football for many years and have observed many lessons that have made or defeated a team's play for victory!
I am positive Coach Whisenhunt is keenly aware of this, but allow me to restate, "for the record"!
If the Cardinals come out playing with fire and passion, as they did in the first half of the NFC Champioship game, they WILL beat the Steelers!. If they come out playing as they did in the 3rd quarter, they WILL lose! Coach Whisenhunt knows that, Kurt Warner knows that, but does the team know AND FEEL that!!
Please, pass it on!
