Steelers tight end Jonathan Dekker was arrested early Saturday morning in Virgina after police responded to a complaint at 3:30am and then Dekker tried to flee.  He was charged with obstruction of justice and is scheduled for a February 2nd hearing, the day after the Super Bowl. The Cardinals have been living well keeping a balanced offensive attack over the past three games in defeating Atlanta, Carolina, and Philadelphia.  The resurgence of Edgerrin James and the rise of the star that Larry Fitzgerald wears on his chest has a lot to do with where the Cardinals are today, preparing for their first Super Bowl. The only player to not participate at all in Thursday’s practice was J.J. Arrington who is nursing an injured knee.  Three other players, including Travis LaBoy, were limited.  Coach Whisenhunt indicated the other day that he hoped to have J.J. ready to give it a go come Super Bowl Sunday.  We’ll wait and see on that.  As for other injuries, Anquan Boldin did fully participate in practice on Thursday. I participated in a web chat this evening on abc15.com.  Well, it was more like I and many other fans were able to ask questions of a panel that included the fine folks at ABC 15 Sports, Craig Fouhy and Jeff Heisner.  I thank them for taking a couple of my questions. There are some things that continue to play out as we are one day closer to Tampa and Super Bowl XLIII.  Some thoughts about what people are talking about (and maybe not talking about so much).
