Chargers Defeat Cards 17-6

Well, at halftime, I gave you the good, the bad, and the ugly.
The second half didn’t get much better, however, the ugly, Brian St. Pierre finally exited the game and paved the way for Matt Leinart to take some snaps and throw for 74 yards. Clearly the backup quarterback position is Leinart’s for the taking.
It almost seemed as if both teams were just playing through the motions in the second half, each team only managing a field goal.
Next week it’s another home game against the Packers. Let’s hope Beanie Wells gets into the game. We thought he might make his first appearance tonight, however all he did was warm the bench tonight.
