NFC West Update

With the Arizona Cardinals off last week, the entire NFC West got a leg up on the Cards with a win.  Here's are some of the latest tidbits from the NFC West teams as they prepare for week seven of the NFL.

Seattle Seahawks: Seahawks.com has a great post on the Seahawks rushing defense, something I've elaborated on this week.

St. Louis Rams: Talk of  finding more wins for the Rams has eventually crept out in conversation.  After three wins now, the Rams are 3-3 and has fans looking for more.  Turfshowtimes.com ponders the question of where the wins will come from the remainder of the season.  They only see 5-6 left in them at most.

San Francisco 49ers: Not only are problems mounting on the field but they are present off the field as well for the Niners.  Apparently now financing is standing in the way of the Niners new stadium.  According to Reuters, the opening of the stadium could be delayed thanks to the financing issues.

This weeks NFC West matchups:

Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks - obviously this is the big one, at least as far as Cards and Seahawks fans are concerned.

San Francisco 49ers @ Carolina Panthers - Panthers are only two point favorites, but Panthers fans see this as maybe one of the best remaining opportunities for a victory this season.

St. Louis Rams @ Tampa Bay Bucs - Cleary the Rams have a chance.  Don't expect much scoring.
