Cardinals Get Stuckey Finding a Number Two Receiver

Hopefully the search for a number two wide receiver will continue for the Arizona Cardinals this weekend because the pickup of former Cleveland Browns and New York Jets receiver Chansi Stuckey only give the Cards another number three receiver at best.  Last season Stuckey had 40 receptions for 346 yards.

There have been rumors of other receivers either being on the Cards radar or receivers themselves being interested in playing for the Cardinals.  Stuckey is a guy that adds another body.  He has four years of NFL experience.

The Cards need to realize they can not just sit around and hope what they have will be good enough to take pressure off of Larry Fitzgerald.  Stuckey is not the answer.  They also need to surround new quarterback Kevin Kolb with guys that can catch balls, catch them consistently, and catch them in pressure situations.  Stuckey is good if you are looking to add depth, not if you are looking for a number two receiver.  If that’s their plan, then I will have no issue with this addition.
