Those who have been rooting for the Arizona Cardinals as long as I have remember the days where the team was the laughingstock of the NFL. The owners refused to spend money on players, allowing good players to sign for other teams and refusing to sign high profile free agents. Their draft picks were generally poor, even though they often chose high. And they went through many coaches.
