There are a lot of people who don’t like Taylor Swift, but there’s no arguing that the Cardinals did a good thing by singing along to one of her songs.

Why? Because the person they were singing with was a young girl named Bethany, one who had her appendix removed yesterday.

According to Yahoo Sports, Jonathan Cooper, Earl Watford, Dan Giordano, Padric Scott and Jamaal Johnson-Webb attended Phoenix Children’s Hospital to sing with Bethany in a heartwarming day for the young Cardinals fan. All of these newcomers haven’t stepped on the field yet, but they are still making an impact in the community.

Cooper played the guitar, and the other four Cardinals sang along with Bethany. After a painful surgery, seeing five NFL players and one first-round draft pick cheered up Bethany. She and the rest of Arizona’s fans hope that the impact the five players made on her is as monumental as the impact they will make on the field.
