The Arizona Cardinals and New Orleans Saints have released their inactives for Sunday’s tilt at the SuperDome in New Orleans.

Cardinals: LB Kevin Minter, QB Ryan Lindley, RB Ryan Williams, T Bobbie Massie, G Earl Watford, TE D.C. Jefferson, DT Dan Williams

Saints: S Roman Harper, S Isa Abdul-Quddus, RB Mark Ingram, CB Rod Sweeting, NT Brodrick Bunkley, WR Nick Toon, DE Tom Johnson

There aren’t a ton of surprises on this list.  For the Cardinals, of course the tragedy of NT Dan Williams’ father being killed in an auto accident on Friday on the way to New Orleans is keeping him out of today’s game. Then you have RB Ryan Williams inactive for the third consecutive week to start the season.  At some point maybe you wonder about why he is on the roster?  We knew on Friday Minter would not be able to go.

As for the Saints, Roman Harper is a big missing link on the defense.  For their offense RB Mark Ingram is a big hit.  Both had been on the Saints injury report all week.  Regardless, the Saints still have plenty of weapons to play the Cards with.  At least the Cards were smart enough to leave their third quarterback Ryan Lindley as inactive.  He was active in week one.
