Before the beginning of the 2013 NFL season, The Arizona Cardinals Lost Daryl Washington for four games. This week, Washington is back with the defense and he will be welcomed back with open arms. The linebacking corp is a good unit and they got along just fine without him, but he is a big asset to the team.

D-Wash is a star on his side of the ball and he is considered one of the best middle linebackers in the game today, He has great speed and pairing him up with Karlos Dansby, the Cardinals now have one of the fastest middle linebacker unit in the league, if not the fastest. Now that he`s back, I believe the Cardinals defensive front seven will become an immoveable object.

He is a sight for sore eyes when it comes to covering the opponents receivers. With him being back and the defense already being able to stop the run, he will help make the opponents throw the ball more. I for one am hoping that this makes the secondary put a fire under their butts so they start covering better or they will be getting the blame for poor defensive games.

Also it will let Bruce Arians know who he wants to keep for next season and who he`s going to let go and nothing makes a person play better than playing for their job. I sure hope that all of this pans out for the better and the whole defense becomes an immoveable object and not just the front seven.
