Hot: The Offensive Line

In both of the Cardinals wins this season, the offensive line allowed only one sack each. In the two losses, Carson Palmer has been sacked a total of eight times. That says a lot about the importance of the pass protection. Against the Bucs, the offensive line did exactly what it needs to do consistently to help the Cardinals rack up wins. The line did have some difficulty blocking for Rashard Mendenhall, but in terms of pass protection, the offensive line did well. With Levi Brown in black and gold now and Daryn Colledge nursing an injury, it falls to Bradley Sowell and Nate Potter to cover the left side. We’ll see how they do.
