The last time the Arizona Cardinals faced the Tennessee Titans was four years ago in Nashville.  The Cards lost a nail biter 20-17 behind backup Matt Leinart’s last second start thanks to an eye injury to Kurt Warner.  Leinart almost completed the comeback but it just fell short.  This time things are a little different.

The Cards are coming off a victory over the St. Louis Rams 30-10 at home.  The Cards lost safety Tyrann Mathieu for the season due to a torn ACL and LCL.  Quarterback Carson Palmer on virtually no practice time during the week prior, went 27-32, and 84 percent average, the highest completion percentage of any NFC quarterback season to date.

As for the Titans, they are coming off a 51-28 loss to the Denver Broncos.  It was a game they trailed 34-28 at one point but then the Broncos took over from there.  They are on backup Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback for the rest of the season thanks to the season-ending injury to starter Jake Locker.  The 5-8 Titans are looking for their first home win since September 29th against the New York Jets.
