The Arizona Cardinals may have just finished the 2013 regular season but that doesn’t mean we aren’t already looking forward to the 2014 regular season.  The Cards already clinched third place in the NFC West a couple of weeks ago, but now we know who they will play and where in 2014 after week 17 play of the 2013 season.

Home: San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers,  Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions

Away: San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons

The home schedule will featured at least four 2013 playoff teams depending on what the Eagles do on Sunday evening against the Cowboys. The Cards play the AFC West and NFC East in full next season and then the third place team in the NFC South and NFC North.  The NFC North team visits Arizona while the NFC South team faces Arizona at home.  Of course the Cards will get home-and-home games against their division as always.

The Chiefs and Chargers will come to Glendale, so both of those games should attract a lot of fans from both of those teams.  The Redskins will be making their first regular season visit to Arizona since the Cards moved to University of Phoenix Stadium.

The Cards will have tough road games in Atlanta, Dallas, and Denver outside their division, so it could be another nail biter for the Cards at the end of the season in terms of making the playoffs.  Of course that is just based on how the teams finished this season.  We all though Atlanta would be much tougher than they were in 2013. All in all, a decent schedule for the Cards and their fans to look forward to.  The schedule will most likely come out in April with the dates and times of each game.
