Arizona Cardinals Try Out ‘Kickalicious”
Daren Urban was first to report that Håvard Rugland, also known as “Kickalicious”, tried out for the Arizona Cardinals Wednesday.
Just had a tryout with the Arizona Cardinals. It went great! Grateful for the opportunity.

Rugland was a part of the Detroit Lions last year until he was cut in August. “Kickalicious” was first known as the YouTube sensational kicker performing all types of trick shots with ease:
I had seen this video about a year ago and thought “too bad the Cardinals have Jay Feely, because this guy seems pretty good!” Little did I know that Jay would have the not-so-stellar year that he had. I hate to see Jay go because he is such a great person and hard working player, but if he does go in free agency, I think the Cards should give this Rugland guy a shot. This could be a low risk, high reward type of move that could also become a fan favorite. Who doesn’t like saying “kickalicious”? It’s just fun for everyone. I’m not sure how he is at kickoffs, but the training staff who saw Rugland kick do and only time will tell if “Kickalicious” will make the training camp roster to earn his spot in 2014.
