The malae of the NFL combine and for the most part the NFL free agency period is all winding down, as it calms to a stop the mock drafts start to shape and make a little more sense. No one will be able to put this draft in its proper order according to teams needs and also the chance to simply just take the best player on the board.

Mock drafts have been done based on both scenarios and regardless of the talent coming off the board, this daft has a lot to offer on the defensive side of the ball. The side of the ball in which the now SuperBowl Champ was crowned leaving the league in copy cat mode building up defense to have the ability to slow down spread offenses.

The Arizona Cardinals will be picking at number 20 and that is a good number considering the amount of offensive players that have to get drafted by default because of being the best players on the board. All the top quarterbacks will be chosen before pick 20, the top offensive lineman also before pick 20, the best WR ,even the best running back will be gone so this leaves an already good defense the chance to move up into dynamic status and SuperBowl caliber.

The latest mock draft has the Cardinals filling the need at pass rusher taking DT/DE Ra’shede Hagemen out of the University of minnesota. By taking this kid he fills the need of giving a ball hawking secondary the chance to shut down throwing the ball anywhere ,it will propel this team from dangerous to dam near impossible to beat.

Hagemen is a freaking beast and after watching the film on this guy as a Cardinal fan I am screaming for the first 19 picks to pass up on this guy, this is the move that can pay immediate dividends for a team on the way to a Super Bowl run.

Hagemen was tagged as the next most athletic DT in the entire draft after the best talent Jadeveon Clowney, and looking at the tape they have a similar motor. Hagemen is a physical defensive tackle at 6’6 310 lb. and at the combine recorded a 35.5 inch vertical and can play multiple techniques. The best part about this kid that fits the Todd Bowles defense is that this kid is down right nasty and in the brutal NFC west you need down right nasty. This is a great pick and the pick that is more likely to happen considering the teams ahead of the Cardinals.
