Football season is getting back in full swing this month, as the Arizona cardinals had a team workout today at the Tempe facility.

The team had a good showing of players for a voluntary workout, big names like star receiver Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd were present along with both new comer free agents Jared Veldheer and corner Antonio Cromartie were on hand as well. The showing of guys gives an indication the team looks motivated to be very good this years. Dedication and team unity is key to a team going to the next level and that was on display today during the workouts.

The month of May will be a very busy month with the draft having been moved back a few weeks to the weekend of the 8th-10th, and a quick week later the rookies from that draft will be on the field for rookie mini camp the 23rd- 25th. Other workouts include OTA’s the 20th- 22nd and also the 27th-29th all at the Tempe practice facility.

Starting to get the football itch and this team’s expectations are very high and the star guts showing up today proves just how high, considering last year a few key guys were no shows.
