As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is cornerback/special teams specialist Justin Bethel.

2013 season: Justin Bethel didn’t start any games as a cornerback but he was again known for his special teams play, something he was known for in his rookie season of 2012 as well.  In 2013 he had 21 tackles, 17 of them were solo.

2014 season:  I would look for Bethel to play a much larger role this season.  Coach Bruce Arians said he thinks he is as good as Cards cornerback Patrick Peterson.  He recently said he thinks Bethel could become the team’s best corner.  That is saying something considering he hasn’t started a game at corner yet.  That just shows how bright the future is for Bethel as he starts his third season in the NFL.  He is as exciting to watch as Peterson.
