Arizona Cardinals Roster Profile: Keenan Clayton

As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is inside linebacker Keenan Clayton.

2013 season: Spent the 2013 season without an employer in the regular season.  He spent the 2013 preseason with the Oakland Raiders after a couple of years with the Philadelphia Eagles.  He has 48 career tackles.

2014 season: The recurring theme with inside linebackers and the Arizona Cardinals is never count anyone out – ever.  If 2013 taught them anything, never keep a guy you almost kept too far away from mind.  Clayton has the experience so he has that edge over some of the younger guys.  He is another guy though that the jury will remain out on but the only way I see him making this roster is by having an outstanding preseason.
