As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is running back Robert Hughes.

2013 season: Hughes got into one game last season for the Indianapolis Colts and had one reception for six yards.

2014 season: Hughes is in the mix for the fourth running back position with Jalen Parmele and Zach Baumann.  He was signed by the Cardinals at the end of the 2013 season to the practice squad.  He only has one career rushing attempt and that was back in 2012 with the Colts.  His versatility of being able to run and catch the ball could play into his favor but he’s in a field of a number of guys that can contribute.  This is an important preseason for him.  I would not count him out of the running to make the 53-man roster.
