As the Arizona Cardinals are in preparation for the season with training camp now in full swing in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is running back Jalen Parmele.

2013 season: Parmele spent last season with the Tennessee Titans in the preseason.  He last played in the regular season with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012.  That season he played in 11 games, started two of them.  He rushed 40 times for 143 yards.  He also caught seven passes for 60 yards.  He did not score a touchdown on the ground or in the air.

2014 season: The Cards brought Parmele in to build depth at the running back position.  He will have competition.  If he makes the squad it will most likely be the fourth running back at best behind Andre Ellington, Jonathan Dwyer, and Stepfan Taylor.  He will be competing with rookie Zach Bauman and Robert Hughes for a spot on the team.  The Cards carried five backs last season but never kept more than four of them active on any given Sunday.  Parmele has the limited experience but I believe that is the only leg up he has on the other two backs at this point.
