Oh how far they fall sometimes. Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Max Hall was arrested this past Friday night, according to a report filed by azcentral.com.  He was in possession of stolen items from Walmart and Best Buy and a personal amount of cocaine.

Hall, who was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cards back in 2010, worked his way up from fourth on the depth chart to a starter for the Cards that season.  He was eventually replaced by Derek Anderson, whom he had replaced earlier in the season.  He ended up playing in six games for the Cards before being released during training camp in 2011. He was in the Canadian Football League last year with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers but is currently a free agent.

For Hall, who is the nephew of former Arizona State and Dallas Cowboys quarterback great Danny White, this seems like a long drop given his background.  This is certainly a shock to hear and hopefully he can get his life back on track.
