Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians just said in his press conference that quarterback Drew Stanton, who suffered a concussion this past Sunday in the loss to the Denver Broncos, still has not been cleared to practice.

That is disappointing but not surprising news.  Although he has not been cleared for practice though he will be able to throw the ball around per Arians.    As for starting quarterback Carson Palmer, he threw some on Tuesday and will throw some more today in practice.  Palmer threw up to 40 yards in practice, which is a lot more than he could do on Sunday in pregame tosses.

The news on Palmer is a good sign towards getting him back.  Hopefully he will be able to fully practice on Thursday and Friday.  This is just my hope, no news on how that will play out.  That will depend on how today goes.

Not practicing today is tight end Troy Niklas, defensive end Calais Campbell, linebacker Glenn Carson, and guard Paul Fanaika.  Niklas and Campbell were injured in the loss to the Broncos.  No timeline was given on Niklas but Campbell is reportedly out 1-3 weeks with an MCL strain.
