All four Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowlers on Team Carter

The NFL Pro Bowl fantasy draft was held Wednesday night at the Arizona Biltmore

There are a lot of NFL all-stars in town for one reason.  The NFL Pro Bowl, which will be held this Sunday at University of Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. The draft for Team Carter and Team Irvin was held Wednesday evening.  Team Carter is lead by former standout receiver Cris Carter and Team Irvin is lead by former standout receiver Michael Irvin.

The first pick for the second straight year was Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.  He went to Team Carter.  Team Irvin then subsequently picked Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.  The first defensive player drafted was Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams.

As for the Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowlers, the first player taken was cornerback Patrick Peterson.  The other three Cardinals Pro Bowlers defensive end Calais Campbell, special teamer Justin Bethel, and cornerback Antonio Cromartie all went to Team Carter.

Team Carter got quarterbacks Drew Brees from the New Orleans Saints and Andy Dalton from the Cincinnati Bengals to back Luck up.  As for Team Irvin in addition to Romo, they got quarterbacks Matthew Stafford from the Detroit Lions and Matt Ryan from the Atlanta Falcons.

There was a good crowd at the Arizona Biltmore to watch the live event on NFL Network.  Chris Rose hosted the event.  There were a good number of Arizona Cardinals fans in the crowd.
