The Arizona Cardinals had some great moments this season en route to their best record ever and a first-round playoff bye

The Arizona Cardinals have played 15 games to date with only the Seattle Seahawks left this afternoon at home.  We take a look back at the top 15 moments of the season, one from each game that lead up to the Cardinals current 13-2 record.

Sure there were games that had multiple great moments but wanted to give each game its due, even the two games that the Cardinals have lost so far.  Those losses were to the St. Louis Rams and the Pittsburgh Steelers and both took place in October.

15. Chris Johnson 21-yard run vs. St. Louis Rams

It wasn’t the prettiest of games for the Cardinals.  It was one of those few games where the Cardinals got their offense moving between the 20’s but couldn’t punch it in the end zone.  They relied too much on field goals in their only home loss of the season.

However running back Chris Johnson still had a good day, lead by a nice 21-yard run.  He finished the day with 83 yards on 16 carries.  His running is what kept the ball in the Cardinals hands longer.  In this game that was a good thing.  The Rams were able to move the ball at times against a good Cardinals defense.

This was one of those games the Cardinals were glad to have a running game.  Unfortunately since they fell behind and were struggling to score, they relied on the pass once they got to the red zone.
