The defensive lineman played for five NFL teams over 14 seasons, including the Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals have lost a former member of their 2008 Super Bowl team. Defensive lineman Bryan Robinson was found dead in a Milwaukee motel room over the weekend.

Robinson played for the Cardinals from 2008-2010.  He started 46 of the 48 games he played in over the three seasons in Arizona.  No cause of death has been released.

In those three seasons, he had 67 tackles with two sacks and four passes defensed.  He started his career with the St. Louis Rams in 1997.

The 41-year old also played six seasons with the Chicago Bears, one season with the Miami Dolphins, and three with the Cincinnati Bengals before finishing his career in Arizona. In Super Bowl XLIII against the Pittsburgh Steelers he registered one pass defensed.

As you can see his family says he passed of a heart attack.  That news hasn’t been released but if determined as the actual cause that is a tough way to go so early in life.

By all accounts in what I’ve read today, he was a great guy, great teammate. We at Raising Zona would like to pass along our condolences and thoughts and prayers out to his family.
