Amazon’s all-access series ‘All or Nothing’ featuring the Arizona Cardinals and their journey in 2015

Episode two of ‘All or Nothing’ starts us off with the Arizona Cardinals first loss of the season.  It was a divisional loss at home to the St. Louis Rams 24-22.  After the game Cardinals Head Coach Bruce Arians tells his team that they gave one away and don’t be so quick to forget this one.

The Cardinals then prepare to take a two-game road trip back east to face the Detroit Lions and the Pittsburgh Steelers.  The week starts though with a meeting and then practice.

Practice shows us the struggles of the defense and that of linebacker Kevin Minter in particular. His lack of consistency has been of great discussion throughout the early part of his career.  Now we are shown a little into that.

As Arians reminds his team that they can’t just show up and expect to win, we get a glimpse into a couple of other players.  First we get a look at cornerback Jerraud Powers.  Powers tells his coach, Kevin Ross, how he isn’t a ra-ra kind of guy after being told to focus.  Ross tries to implore on him that he doesn’t need to be ra-ra but be focused.

Then we get a look into the difference of Patrick Peterson between his sluggish 2014 season and his 2015 season.  They show a clip of Peterson with an NBC Sunday Night Football production crew where he discusses his struggles.

We get back to the field in Detroit and see clips of Peterson intercepting a pass and that of receiver John Brown catching a touchdown pass. The Cardinals win 42-17 to go to 3-1 on the season.

In this episode we also get a glimpse of General Manager Steve Keim and Cardinals President Michael Bidwill heading to do some recruiting on their own at Notre Dame.  The guys get to meet Regis Philbin, who really is looking quite old these days.

The next segment has us looking at the Cardinals stay in West Virginia during the week to avoid having to travel home and then back east again to Pittsburgh.  Linebacker Dwight Freeney signs with the Cardinals this week as the team loses linebacker Kenny Demens for the season.

Moving on to week five, the story line is all about Arians returning to Pittsburgh to face his former team, the one that fired him in 2012.  In a game where the Cardinals moved the ball but struggled to put points on the board, we see the Steelers third-string quarterback Landry Jones lead the Steelers to a 25-13 victory after Michael Vick is knocked out of the game.

The episode closes out with the loss in Pittsburgh.  Arians reminds his team in the locker room after the loss that they have given away two games so far.  They can’t do it anymore.
