The Arizona Cardinals got their chance to see this year’s class of defensive backs today

The final day of the 2017 NFL Combine has wrapped up. All the 40 yard dashes have been ran, the drills are over, and the players have done everything they can do until their individual pro days. Today saw the defensive backs take the field to show off their skills to NFL decision makers.

The Arizona Cardinals are going to have to make some moves in the secondary this off-season. Free agency could take one of their starting cornerbacks and more than one safety. It looks like a near certainty that they’ll be taking a defensive back at one, ore possibly multiple spots in this year’s NFL Draft.

This year’s class is considered to be the strongest in a number of years. The cornerback group is talented at the top, and has plenty of depth, while there are a number of quality safeties too. If the Cardinals plan to find long-term starters for the back-end of the defense, this is a good year to do so.

The Cardinals were certain to have been paying close attention to today’s workouts. Here are five players from the secondary who could be targeted by Arizona, and had good days today in Indianapolis.
