The fact that the Arizona Cardinals made the move many fans were waiting for in firing head coach Ken Whisenhunt and general manager Rod Graves was not a huge surprise.  The fact they did it all on the same day, on the first day they could, was a bit of a surprise.  The Cards have been known to drag their feet in the past.  However, with all the other moves being made on Monday the time to move was now.  Plus they had a fan base they had to prove they mean business.

Tomorrow is “Black Monday” around the NFL.  One of the teams people will focus on will be the Arizona Cardinals and coach Ken Whisenhunt.  Whiz, in his sixth season in Arizona, is about to finish what most might consider the most disappointing based on where this team started the season at 4-0.

Waking up this morning many of us, including myself, thought we would awaken to a world of changes in the land of the Arizona Cardinals.  We all thought wrong.  Nothing has changed.  Well, not much has changed, except now Cardinals players aren’t exactly denying things are wrong with coach Ken Whisenhunt at the helm.
