Non-Player of the Year: HC Bruce Arians

Bruce Arians won Coach of the Year for his work as the Interim in Indianapolis. He’s in serious contention to repeat that honor once again. His contribution to the team has been huge. He’s kept them disciplined and made sure the Cards gave 100% effort on the field. He also knows how to grow a bond with players, and that can be just as important. The Cardinals had several new players and new starters this year, and he was the hub of the chemistry wheel.

Arians turned the team around in a major way. He’s an excellent football coach, and he’s the right man to lead the Cardinals for the long term.
