10. Carolina Panthers

2014 season record: 7-8-1

Top additions: T Michael Oher, CB Teddy Williams, WR/KR Ted Ginn Jr.

Top departures: RB DeAngelo Williams, T Byron Bell, S Thomas DeCoud

2015 projection: 10-6, 1st NFC South, 4th seed NFC Playoffs

After winning the NFC South with a losing record of 7-8-1, not many gave the Panthers a chance to win in the playoffs.  Well the Arizona Cardinals with a poor third-string quarterback, a couple of backup running backs, and poor punting, the Panthers were able to pull off one playoff win, the first in quarterback Cam Newton’s career.

That may have awaken a sleeping giant.  The Panthers get their return specialist Ted Ginn back after a dismal season away with the Cardinals.  His best year came in Carolina.  They also added Michael Oher on the offensive line.  Cam may get to see a lot of running room this season.  For that reason I have picked them to win the NFC South again, only this time with a winning record.
