You the fans

The fans have been fantastic.  Birdgang is strong and growing.  Without the 60,000 plus fans filling University of Phoenix Stadium on home gamedays and the local establishments during home and road games, none of this would be possible.  UOP is now one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL.

Fans make gameday not only just a game but an experience.  No longer are the days a Cardinals game is just a three-four hour event on a Sunday.  It is now a full-day adventure.  From the tailgating which starts a good four hours before the game in the stadium parking lot to the post-game celebrations hours after a Cardinals victory, it has become move than just an event.  It’s a happening.

The Cardinals just celebrated their 100th game at UOP.  All of them have been sellouts thanks to you the fans.  The fans are the backbone of this team.  They are the reason we continue to write about the Cardinals here.

The day has come where Birdgang has started to outnumber the opposing fans in the stadium on gamedays.  We will never get rid of them totally.  Having them around to tease is kind of fun anyway but now having Birdgang all around the Valley and the state you can’t ignore them any longer.
