5. Preseason return against the Chiefs

This is more of a moment rather than a play, but it still deserves to be on this list. Nine months after tearing his ACL, Carson Palmer made his much anticipated return to the field in a preseason scrimmage against the Kansas City Chiefs. While returning to the field was a highlight itself, Palmer gave everyone much more to write about. Palmer was only going to play one drive, and what a drive it was.

His first pass since November 9th was a 14 yard completion to his off season training partner, John Brown. Aided by a 57 yard Andre Ellington catch and run, Palmer was able to lead the offense to a scoring drive in his first drive under center since his injury. Palmer ended the night 4/4 for 77 yards with a passer rating of 118.8. Little did everyone know that this was just a preview of what Palmer would go on to do in 2015.
