1. University of Phoenix Stadium

Capacity: 63,400

Pro’s: The roof is retractable.  It is the only one of it’s kind in the division.  It gets real loud on gameday when the roof is closed.  A lot of food options and wide concourses.  Well marked parking lots.

Con’s: This isn’t a huge issue for some but it is on the west side of the metro-area out in Glendale. It is approximately 18 miles from downtown Phoenix. Traffic on I-10 and the 101 into the game can get really heavy, especially if it is on a weekday like Monday or Thursday.  Those living in the east part of the metro-area need to leave for those games a good three hours prior to kickoff.

What does it have that others don’t: Other than the retractable roof, it also has the Great Lawn outside for fans to enjoy tailgating with each other. The football field also sits on rollers so it can roll in and roll out of the stadium on cue.  That allows the grass to get sunlight and grow.
