The Cardinals will win games with Carson Palmer throwing for three touchdowns and 400 yards and one with three TD’s and under 200 yards

You never know what type of game you are going to get from the Cardinals week to week.  There are some really good defensive unit’s the Cardinals will face in 2016, much like they did in 2015.

The Cardinals won a game with Palmer throwing for less than 200 against the Lions last season.  He threw for three touchdowns but by halftime the game was over and he sat the fourth quarter.

The Cardinals running game took over that Sunday as well.  That has the chance to happen a lot this season with the emergence of David Johnson.

There will be the shootout games though where both teams have great chances to score over 30 points.  These will be the games with the best chances for Palmer to throw over 400 yards and three touchdowns.

The Saints game seems like a game that could go that way.  The Redskins game also has the opportunity to look like that.  And as we saw, we could certainly see that in one of the Seahawks games.

With tough matchups in Carolina, Minnesota, Atlanta, and Buffalo, those don’t seem like spots for high scoring and low defensive effort by both teams.  You never know though.  This is why they play the games.
