Alani Fua

The two-year linebacker out of Brigham Young may find himself out of a job in Arizona after training camp.  The Cardinals may be looking at bolstering their linebacking core.

Fua, drafted in 2015 and played in all 16 games, only played in three games his sophomore season with the Cardinals after getting injured.  He went on injured reserve prior to week four.

Fua only has eight tackles in his two seasons and not much else to speak of statistical-wise.  He was an undrafted free agent and can contribute on special teams but it may not be enough to hold on to a job for the 2017 season.

Certainly if the Cardinals feel he can contribute enough on special teams, he could find himself on the roster bubble just like Bethel.  He could become the victim of a numbers game once the final 53-man roster is announced.  He will help someone in 2017 though.
