Wide Receiver Larry Fitzgerald shows no signs of slowing down, despite his age

There is no doubt that Larry Fitzgerald is a future Hall of Famer, and one of the greatest receivers in NFL history. However, he’ll be 34 years old when the season starts, and some might question whether or not he can stay as effective as he’s been.

Fitzgerald isn’t as fast as he was 10 years ago. He doesn’t jump as high either. However, there’s no substitute for experience. Even at his age, there’s no real reason to believe he can’t continue to thrive.

Last season, Fitzgerald recorded 107 receptions, 1,023 yards, and 6 touchdowns. While the rest of the wide receiver corps struggled with injuries and distractions, he went out and put together another great year. He may be getting older, but he’s proven that he’s still effective. For Larry Fitzgerald, age is just a number.
