The Bad:

Brandon Williams

The Arizona Cardinals again showed on Thursday night just how much work they still need to do at cornerback.  To say second-year corner Brandon Williams struggled would be an understatement.

For much of the first half he gave us a show most Cardinals fans would rather forget.  He got burned bad on a few Kellen Moore throws.  One went for 32-yards to Cowboys receiver Brice Butler.

He did redeem himself somewhat with a late first-half interception in the end zone.  He put himself in a good position to have a pass from Moore fall right into his hands as he kept his feet inbounds.

However overall, Williams showed he still has a lot of work to do.  The Cardinals are still considering him for a starting job but there are other guys than will get a shot for the position opposite Patrick Peterson.

Williams didn’t do himself much of a favor though even with the interception.  He is going to have to be better in the coming weeks if he wants to be an every week starter in this league.
