Teddy Bridgewater

He just returned from a 16-month absence from football due to a horrible leg injury.  He’s lucky to be walking much less be playing football.

His return has created a problem, albeit a nice problem, for the Minnesota Vikings.  They now have three quarterbacks who will all be free agents after the playoffs.

Which one is Minnesota going to re-sign?  Case Keenum and Sam Bradford will be the other two quarterbacks.  After the season the Vikings have had, it would be hard to see them part with Keenum.

Bridgewater won’t want to be a backup in 2018.  He at least deserves a shot to be a starter.  If Keenum takes the Vikings to the Super Bowl, they almost need to re-sign him.

Bradford is always one hit away from being injured and missing multiple games.  He shouldn’t be considered by anyone.  Bridgewater would get a nice re-start in Arizona with the Cardinals.
