Christian Kirk

Kirk impressed last week in special teams. This week he made headlines with his work in his regular position at receiver.

Kirk scored his first NFL touchdown with a great grab from Josh Rosen in the second quarter against the Saints. Overall he lead the Cardinals with four receptions and 49-yards to go along with the touchdown.

Kirk is showing he is absolutely the player the Cardinals thought they took with their second-round pick back in April.  His off the field stuff is behind him and the full focus is on getting Kirk to the number two or three receiver spot on the roster.

Kirk only had one opportunity to return a punt on Friday night.  That went for just nine yards but he had the long return against the Chargers.

Now Kirk has finally showed what he can do at receiver.  He caught that touchdown from Rosen, a zinger that had to have hands put up at the right time.
