The Arizona Cardinals never really got started on Sunday in 24-6 loss to the Washington Redskins

There was so much to take away from the Arizona Cardinals loss to the Washington Redskins.  Unfortunately most of it isn’t good.

There was a lot of bad and ugly from the start of the game until the very end.  The offense was inefficient, the defense couldn’t stay off the field.

It was a Cardinals debut head coach Steve Wilks would likely want to forget.  Same goes for new Cardinals starting quarterback Sam Bradford.

For all the accuracy we heard about, he wasn’t very on Sunday.  The good news is this is week one of the new season.  They can’t have any more of these.

They aren’t going to win them all but there has to be effort on both sides of the ball for 60 minutes.  The Cardinals didn’t appear to give much effort until halfway through the fourth quarter on Sunday.  By then, it was too late.

As much as it pains most of us, let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly from this one.  There is a lot for the Cardinals to improve on for sure and it needs to start next week in Los Angeles.
