Arizona Cardinals 2019 schedule: Game by game prediction
By Scott Allen
Week 4 – Seattle Seahawks
Sunday September 29, 2019 – 1:05 p.m.
The first of two meetings between the two teams. Last season the two teams met and played close games with the Seahawks coming back and winning the game in Glendale in week four of the 2018 season 20-17.
The Cardinals lead 10-7 at one point in that one and lost on a last second field goal. Then in December in the season finale, the Cardinals lost on the last play to another field goal. Both very winnable games.
So it is not out of the question with an improved roster the Cardinals can win one of the two games this season. Don’t count on it being this one. For some reason the Cardinals play the Seahawks better on the road.
The Seahawks still have Russell Wilson and now he’s getting paid handsomely. That doesn’t mean he can’t lose but that means the Seahawks still believe he can win big in this league.
History: Seahawks lead 20-19-1
Last time: December 30, 2018 – Seahawks 27 Cardinals 24
Prediction: Seahawks 23 Cardinals 20
