Cardinals MVP

Top candidates: Kyler Murray, Larry Fitzgerald, David Johnson, Byron Murphy, Chandler Jones

You’ll see a lot of the same candidates here you saw in the previous categories.  It is still too early to tell how much the offense is going to succeed.

We do know a little more about the defense and just talked about the impact we expect Jones to have going back to the 4-3.  Murphy could challenge for this award if he ends up getting the starting nod opposite Alford or Tramaine Brock.

The offensive guys might zero each other out in this category as big things are expected out of all three.  Of course the same thing could be said in the offensive player category.

Murray will be expected to shoulder a lot but don’t expect an MVP-type performance his rookie campaign.  With this team though it could happen.

Let’s all hope it’s a difficult choice to make once the season ends.  If that’s the case it should be because they all had great individual seasons.

Winner: Jones
