Jonathan Dwyer

Just how bad of a move was signing Dwyer in 2014?  His last two NFL games ever were as a member of the Cardinals.

Now, that can be directly attributed to his off the field trouble with the law.  However before that, he played in two games for the Cardinals.

Coming off a 2013 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers where he rushed for 623-yards and two touchdowns, he seemed like he could be a good bet to be a backup at the very least to Andre Ellington.

Dwyer showed a little versatility in 2013 for the Steelers as well.  He had 18 receptions for 106-yards in just six starts.

He carried the ball 16 times for 51-yards and a touchdown before his trouble off the field showed up.  After those two games with the Cardinals, he has not played a single down since.

Once he was arrested by law enforcement for a domestic violence issue, the Cardinals released him and no one in the NFL has made the same mistake with him.  So, though this was a big signing mistake, at least the team cut their losses quickly.
