Curtis Samuel

Curtis Samuel teetered on excellence over his first three seasons. But it wasn’t until 2020 that he truly broke out. While he recorded just 11.1 yards per reception and 3 touchdowns, he also set career-highs across the board.

With 77 receptions on 97 targets, Samuel boasted a 79.4 percent catch percentage. He also recorded 39 first downs, 5.1 receptions per game, and 56.7 receiving yards per game, plus 8.8 yards per target. All career-highs.

He also had 200 yards on 41 rushing attempts, establishing himself as the Queen on the NFL chessboard. He averaged 4.9 yards per carry, and amassed 1,051 yards from scrimmage, over 250 more than his previous season and nearly double of that of his 2018 campaign.

The Carolina Panthers unlocked Samuel’s potential, and he can be a gamechanger in the desert. And if Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk return, he gives the Cardinals a fourth solid option and perhaps the most dangerous behind Hopkins.
