Ryan Fitzpatrick

2021 Team: Washington Commanders

If the Cards want a signal-caller who’s been around the block, then 39-year-old Ryan Fitzpatrick is their man. The well-traveled journeyman has been with nine different organizations since he entered the league back in 2005.

Fitzpatrick signed with the Washington franchise in March of 2021, but he appeared in just one contest after suffering a hip subluxation during the season-opener. The 6-foot-2, 221-pounder has tallied 34,990 yards and 223 touchdowns with his arm in addition to 2,623 yards and 21 scores with his legs in 166 pro appearances.

Will Fitzpatrick continue what has been a fascinating career in the NFL? Perhaps the Gilbert, Arizona native would like to come home for a season and give the Cardinals some veteran insurance in 2022.
