Teddy Bridgewater

2021 Team: Denver Broncos

At 29 years of age, Teddy Bridgewater‘s days as a first-string quarterback could be over. But the 6-foot-2, 215-pounder could certainly transition into a quality backup for a club like the Cards.

Bridgewater, a Pro Bowl performer back in 2015, has been good but not great in stints with the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers during the past two seasons. However, the former first-round choice of the Minnesota Vikings could provide a support system for Murray in much the same way that McCoy did.

In 73 career appearances (63 starts), Bridgewater has racked up 14,437 yards and 71 touchdowns passing, and 819 yards and 11 scores as a runner.

Back in 2016, the Miami native suffered a devastating knee injury that kept him out of action for almost two full campaigns. Bridgewater’s comeback from adversity has been inspirational, and Arizona could certainly use an individual like that in the locker room.
