A.J. Green – Wide Receiver

Back in April, Arizona mistakenly believed that they could squeeze another season out of A.J. Green. It wasn’t a far-fetched thought, when you consider that the aging receiver had totaled 848 yards and three touchdowns for the squad the year before.

Little did the franchise know that Green had nothing left in the tank. The 34-year-old has contributed just 19 catches for 128 yards and one score to the Cards’ “Air Raid” attack this fall.

Green is basically stealing the $3.5 million the team is paying him in ’22. The skills that made the 6 foot 4, 207 pounder a seven-time Pro Bowler are no longer evident in his second and final campaign with the Cardinals.
