BREAKING NEWS: Fitzgerald Signs Contract

The wait is finally over!  WR Larry Fitzgerald signed a four-year, $40 million contract earlier today.  I’m a little surprised it came together, given the fact the Cardinals wanted Fitzgerald to sign for six years.  However, I’m sure there was concern over losing him for basically nothing.  The way Fitzgerald has performed, he deserved to get his way.  Included in the deal is a $15 million signing bonus.  This deal will free up some much needed cap space. 

More to come later about the best news to come out of Cardinals camp since the off-season started.
