So, with the Arizona Cardinals players participating in their first of two night practices at camp, it’s time to see what the other NFC West teams are doing in their first week of camp.

San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary is moving practice on Thursday to Cal-State Monterey according to ESPN’s Mike Sando.

St. Louis Rams cornerback Ron Bartell sprained his ankle in practice and should only miss one to two weeks of practice according to stltoday.com.

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Aaron Curry is still suffering from a concussion suffered in practice on Saturday, however, he will get some extra rest, thanks to coach Pete Carroll’s gift of a day off today.  The team practiced last on Tuesday and was given today off and will also get Monday off as well, not even having to attend meetings according to Gregg Bell of the Canadian Press.
