Arizona Cardinals Announce Inactives

As expected, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb has been announced as inactive for today’s game against the St. Louis Rams. Kolb is nursing a turf toe. However, good news is that tight end Todd Heap will return to action today. Also active is running back Beanie Wells. John Skelton will start at QB and Richard Bartel will back him up.
Also, offensive lineman Deuce Lutui is inactive today. Other inactives include tight end Rob Housler, safety Kerry Rhodes, linebacker Joey Porter, and fullback Anthony Sherman. The loss of Housler is off-set by the return of Heap.
Now, how much Heap can contribute remains to be seen? However he has maintained that he would not return until he was 100 percent to avoid further injury. He has not played since week four.
