Bruce Arians has been pleased with the progress of the Arizona Cardinals, but there is one area where he’d like to see improvement.

According to azcentral.com, Arians wants the team to be more fit. The article states that Arians thought some players labored through practice, which is not what any coach wants to see. Football is a physically demanding sport, and if the team is laboring through practices, the games will be extremely tough.

However, there is good news for the team. Quarterbacks coach Freddie Kitchens visited nine days after undergoing surgery to fix his aorta, which is a good sign. Kitchens could have died from his injury, but he’ll probably be coaching in training camp.

If all goes according to plan, Kitchens will be coaching a fit group of quarterbacks.
